A Practice by Indevtech

AI is moving faster than the rules.
Get ahead of it.

TechFuelAI is Indevtech's AI governance and advisory practice — built for Hawaii law firms, accounting practices, engineers, and consulting teams. Written policy. Working consultation. A team that's been doing this for twenty-five years.

Sixty-minute consultation, free for TechFuel partners | Findings & Recommendations memo in three business days | Seven policy templates yours to keep
Foundation Tier

Three things you get the moment you say yes.

The Foundation tier is included in every TechFuel partnership — not an add-on, not a pilot, not contingent on signing anything else. It's the working entry point into the practice. If TechFuelAI is right for your firm, this is where you'll know.

01 / Consultation

Sixty minutes with Marc.

A structured working session — not a sales pitch. Where you sit today, your highest-risk gaps, and two or three highest-value AI use cases worth piloting for your firm. Bring whoever else from leadership should be in the room.

02 / Memo

Findings & Recommendations.

A written memo in your inbox within three business days. Specific, actionable, prioritized to what matters most for your firm. Yours to share with your leadership team. Not a deck of slides — a document worth keeping.

03 / Templates

Seven policy templates.

Acceptable Use, Data Classification, Confidentiality, Approved Tools, Output Review, Incident Response, and Tool Evaluation. Each fill-in-the-blank with a how-to-use guide. Yours to keep and adapt — whether or not you take the next step with us.

Beyond the Foundation

Deeper engagements, scoped to your firm.

The Foundation tier is where every conversation starts. What follows is scoped to your firm's specific exposure, use cases, and pace of adoption — and quoted individually.

Current engagement types include AI Account Security Hardening, Workspace Architecture, AI Readiness Assessment, Quarterly AI Review, Use Case Implementation, Claude Belt Training, and Custom Engineering for firms with specific in-house build needs.

Full catalog at /services/ — coming soon. In the meantime, ask us about the engagement that fits.

Who Runs It

A practice with gravity.

TechFuelAI is led by Marc Nuzzo, Risk Specialist & AI Practice Lead. His career has been at the intersection of legal practice, regulatory compliance, and high-stakes risk management — precisely the operational disposition AI governance demands when the rules are unwritten and the exposure lands on the firm, not the vendor.

Credentials
  • Juris Doctor, University of Pittsburgh School of Law
  • Federal Judicial Clerkship — United States District Judge Gustave Diamond, Western District of Pennsylvania
  • Paralegal Specialist, U.S. Attorney's Office, Pittsburgh
  • Judge Advocate, United States Navy (2002–2009) — including deployment to Baghdad; three-time Junior Officer of the Quarter; recognition by the Government of Australia
  • Chief Pilot & Check Airman, Part 135 charter airline; ATP-rated
  • FAA and OSHA compliance trainer
  • Legal Instruments Examiner, United States Coast Guard
  • Legal Instructor, CAPE Institute (2013–2020) — aviation, admiralty, and transportation law

The throughline of Marc's career is human factors — the study of how trained professionals still miss things, and how disciplined systems catch those gaps before they get expensive. That's exactly the disposition AI governance demands.

Why Now

AI policy isn't coming. It's already here.

Most firms we talk to haven't written down an AI policy. The ones that have wrote them before Claude, Copilot, and ChatGPT Enterprise existed. Meanwhile, the regulatory, professional-conduct, and insurance environments are catching up faster than most firms realize.

The Hawaii Context

The Hawaii Supreme Court's AI Committee released its report in December 2025. The federal court has already sanctioned a Honolulu firm this year for AI-fabricated citations. Cyber insurance carriers are adding AI policy questions to renewal questionnaires — and "no policy because we don't use AI" is the worst possible answer.

The gap between intent and governance is the entire conversation. Closing that gap is what TechFuelAI is built for.

48%
of law firms have an official AI policy — 2025 ILTA Tech Survey
88%
of finance leaders expect AI to dominate the next two years — AICPA, Dec 2025

Part of Indevtech

Built on twenty-five years of trust.

TechFuelAI is a practice within Indevtech — not a separate firm, not a side project, not a partnership with a mainland consultancy. Indevtech has spent twenty-five years on Bishop Street earning the trust of Hawaii's most demanding professional firms: law, accounting, engineering, non-profits, consulting. TechFuelAI is what that trust looks like, brought into the AI conversation.

"We're not for everyone. That's the point."

— Scott Cooley, Founder & CEO, Indevtech
